Natural variation: GFRC concrete will exhibit subtle tonal variation and texture differences across the surface. This is an inherent quality of the material — no two tables are exactly identical in finish character. This is considered a feature of the product, not a defect.
Coasters: While the surface is stain-resistant, using coasters for hot beverages and prolonged wet contact will extend the life of the finish and are recommended as standard care practice for any quality stone or concrete surface.
Sizing: At 40 inches square, this table works best in living rooms where the sofa or sectional is at least 84 inches in length. It will feel proportionally balanced in most standard to large living room configurations. Measure your intended use zone before ordering.
Weight: GFRC is lighter than poured concrete but still a substantial piece. Two people are recommended for positioning and moving. Furniture glides or felt pads on hardwood floors are advised.
